The family room measures a capacious 21' x 19'. It features hardwood flooring, a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, and recessed lights on dimmer switches.

The family room also features a French door leading out to the deck, wall sconce lighting, window treatments which include duet blinds and valances, wood windows and baseboard heating.

The family room has two dormer windows overlooking the driveway and street and which are furnished with window seats.
