Game Room

The far corner of the rec room might be used as a dedicated game room as have the current owners or even as an exercise space measuring about 14' x 14'.

The game room area also has a lovely picture window with views of the back yard. Isolated from the rest of the house, this space is also ideal for a nursery and its attendant toys and play things. The pool table and dart set are not intended to convey.

The purpose of this photo is to show more of the rec room. Notice the woodburning fireplace with brick hearth and the wall-mounted TV above it. The sellers leaving the wall mount.
