Bonus Room

The fliexibility of the floor plan provides five bonus rooms which you can be used for a variety of purposes. A good purpose for this room might include being a place for a pool table? Other forms of games? Or, a TV room? This flex space measures an incredible 44' x 19' features wall-to-wall plush carpeting and wall-to-wall bench seating.

This view shows the doorway into the 5th bathroom and a closet door to the left of it giving access to some storage space. The scuttle to the attic was installed to satisy building code and there is really no storage space above the room. However, there is some storage behind the wall on the right.
