Breakfast Nook

The breakfast nook is an extension of the kitchen and measures about 12' x 11.5'. Imagine stepping through the slider for evening barbecues out on your patio.

The nook features hardwood flooring, crown molding, and 7-inch baseboard molding. There is also a first-floor sound system with ceiling speakers including in the kitchen and nook.

There is seating for three on one side of the bar and another one at the end of it.
