Garage

The garage is located on the side of the house, attached to the neighboring garage. This is the only common wall between the two houses. Although these two houses are classified as condos because of the attached garages, they may as well be considered as two, single-family, detached homes. The garage has an 11-foot ceiling, an insulated garage door and opener. The garage measures about 20' x 22'.
