Yard

A portion of the yard is a cobblestone patio for barbecues or sunbathing The back patio and yard are lit by a motion-detector light. The patio can be accessed either via the breakfast nook slider or through the garage access door from which this photo was taken.

Although this home does not have a typical backyard as do most single-family homes, nonetheless, you have a large grassy area which is great if you have a dog. There is also ample yard for a swingset for children. The fence consists of a solid, vinyl, six-foot privacy fence.
