The Foyer
This home was designed with a foyer leading into a vestibule. This ensures an opportunity for you to have your guests remove their wet coats and snow boots before parading onto your wood floors. The doorway on the left leads into the family room.
A slightly different angle of the vestibule shows the hallway on the right leading to the garage. As is evident, the vestibule has a two-story vaulted ceiling.

The foyer proper measures about 13' x 9' and it has a thirteen-foot ceiling. Unlike many foyers, visitors at the front door cannot peer through the front door and voyeur all the way to the back of the house. Both the foyer and the vestibule have radiant heated floors.
This is the view guests and visitors have from the front door. Two light sconces and ample wall space for however you feel moved to decorate.
The foyer boasts, laid on the diagonal, a granite floor for easy cleanups. You can see that there is ample space for a plant or two and an umbrella stand. The side lights and windows above flood the entry with natural light.
This shows the view through your front door. From the outside you can see how the porch overhang has an eyebrow design to it.This door was custom designed to match the eyebrow of the overhang while providing a panoramic view of the porch, pathway, and driveway.
The coat closet for the vestibule is like none other! It is a 10' x 5' walk-in closet with hardwood flooring and auto lighting when the door opens and closes.
