Sitting Room

The informal sitting room measures about 15' x 13' and doubles as an overflow area for the living room or dining room when you have dozens of guests or family members over. A family might find the area useful as a piano room or study.

The sitting room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, hardwood flooring, and recessed lighting. The library is accessed on either side of the fireplace.

The sitting room is the intersection between the living room, the dining room, library and vestibule. This view, from the library doorway looks towards the dining room on the other side of the wall.
