Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is the smallest of the three bedrooms. That said, it still measures a roomy 12' x 12'! Located at the front, southwest corner of the house it overlooks the street. It will come with hardwood flooring.

Here is the room in sheetrock stage. It already has the tall baseboard moulding. Painting of the interior is not too far away! Continue scrolling down.

The bedrooms are scheduled to come with the single light fixture shown here, but you can provide whatever ceiling fan or light fixture you want and have the builder install it for you when the electrician is installing the rest of the light fixtures.
