Dining Area

Modern living eschews formal dining rooms and the builder understands this. He has maximized the space available to provide a wonderfully large eat-in kitchen suitable for today's living. You can access the deck and back yard through the atrium door. The door on the right leads into the mudroom and half bathroom. The open door leads to the basement. At the far end is the stairway to the second floor.

The dining area portion of the kitchen measures about 14' x 8'. The area features tall baseboard moulding and ceramic tile flooring.
