Kitchen

The kitchen measures a very usable 14' x 12' room and features an island workspace which doubles as a breakfast bar, too. Like all modern designed homes, instead of a formal dining room, there is a large dining nook off the kitchen by the atrium door which leads out to the back yard deck.

Walking in from the garage/mudroom this is what you will see. Immediately in front of you is an island. Beyond the island will be a French-design refrigerator with in-door ice/water, a stainless steel front dishwasher, sink below the window, and a gas range with space-saver microwave above it which vents to the outdoors.

Other notable features planned are hardwood flooring, backsplash, above cabinet storage, tall baseboard moulding, and crown moulding.

Stove

The appliances will all be made by highly-rated LG. The range is a slide-in model similar to this photo of the one in the model home. It will be fueled by gas.

Countertops and Backsplash

The countertops and backsplash are scheduled to have a quartz hardtop surface such as shown here. Time is running out if you want to buy this home and make color selections to customize the home the way you want it to look.
