Back Yard

Since the yard is 200 feet deep, there is a substantial back yard which will be more apparent when the pile of dirt from digging out the foundation is leveled. The builder will level off the back yard but leave the trees as a barrier between you and your back door neighbors.

Once the yard is finished you will have a view out back of some nice shade trees blocking the view of your neighbors.

This is a view of what the bulk head looked like upon installation.

The house and yard are slowly coming together. The bulkhead in the previous photo is now hidden by the deck. There will be stairs stepping down from the deck into the yard.

Side Yard

This view shows that you have a small side yard as well as a back yard for your dogs or children to play in. Both side yards measure 11 feet in width.
